Instant Synchronization with NetSuite
The “Built for NetSuite” SuiteCloud integration enables NOVAtime to export employee time records, which can be processed by NetSuite's payroll solution or other project tracking features, including the Advanced Project module. The integration also allows employee and group data to be perfectly synchronized between the NOVAtime application and NetSuite. This means that an update applied in NetSuite will automatically update the corresponding employee profile in NOVAtime.
Additionally, if information is updated within NetSuite for a new hire or an employee who has not been set up in NOVAtime, a new NOVAtime employee profile will be automatically created, eliminating the need for duplicate entry. Likewise, additions and updates applied to NetSuite groups (Customer, Department, Class, or Location) are immediately transferred to NOVAtime, ensuring continuous synchronization between the two applications and ultimately creating a NOVAtime-NetSuite interface that operates like a single solution.
